They are as follows:

1. Swan: Just as the swan takes only the milk portion from diluted milk leaving the water, so should on take the best in any form of art leaving the bad.

2. Cow: Just as the cow goes on chewing the cud, so should one go on ruminating over an artistic presentation and then form an opinion.

3. Earth: Just as the earth gives in return, as much yield as the effort put into it, one must exert to understand art to get equal benefit from the same.

4. Parrot: Parrot repeats only what has been taught - similarly some people are capable of repeating what others say and it is not their own thinking.

5. Pot with holes: If the pot with holes is filled with water, in course of time, the pot loses all the water. Similarly some people view art and in a short while nothing remains in their mind.

6. Goat: A got eats only the tips of the branches and does not go to the core of the tree. Similarly some people dabble with art in a superficial manner without going deep into the art.

7. Buffalo: Buffalo enters into a clear pool of water and slowly makes the whole water muddy with its movements. Similarly some people, while attending an artistic event spoil the whole atmosphere by their derogatory remarks.
